Warranties

Your frames are guaranteed for 2 years, and your lens coatings are guaranteed for 2 years against defects. If a part has to be ordered, the optician tells you the solution and the lead time.

New glasses uncomfortable?

A few days of adaptation are normal, especially with progressive lenses. If the discomfort persists, come back with your glasses and prescription: every lens we sell comes with an adaptation guarantee.

Care

Ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of nose pads and temple tips, tightening of screws: a regular visit to the store extends the life of your glasses.

My glasses are broken or loose, can you repair them?

Drop by the store: we carry out adjustments, tightening and small repairs on the spot. Your frames are guaranteed for 2 years, and your lens coatings are guaranteed for 2 years against defects. The optician will tell you the right solution and the lead time if a part needs to be ordered.

My new glasses don't suit me, what should I do?

A few days of adaptation are normal, especially with progressive lenses. If the discomfort persists, come back with your glasses and your prescription: all our lenses come with an adaptation guarantee, and we will check the measurements and the correction.

Are my glasses ready?

We let you know by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your glasses are ready. To check on your order before then, contact the store where you placed it, giving your name.
